This is me …

I have been a service & experience designer for almost 4 years, working in healthcare, wellness tourism, commercial brands, real estate, finance, and more to come :)

I am actually a dreamer by nature, my early imaginations were expressed in a form of visual art and started to expand collectively to the design discipline where human connections, societal values and future possibilities align together.

On the other hand, I am also a pragmatic thinker who put efforts in logical thinking and refined constructive process. A good balance between those sides allows me to excel the service design methodology and practical implementation that could make a measurable difference.

Recently I found myself diving in Behavioural science and Future studies, visioning how these could leverage my design practice, so … watch the space!
